This is my first blog entry - the first of many I hope!
Today I hope we have finished the additions and corrections for my latest book -'The Pattern Sourcebook' -phew - it looks terrific - thanks to the graphic designer -Ellie Rudd of Rudd studio and to Zoe Antoniou from Laurence King publishers and Kate Lockley , my researcher. It has been fun to do but has taken months and months - gosh! It is due out in october 09 - and I actually looking forward to it!
I had to go for a long walk this afternoon as I hadn't been out of the house for days! I went to Clun and climbed up the castle mound and walked round the tiny town - how little it changes, it seems just the same as when we went there when the children were small..ho hum.
Since returning home I have rinsed the yarn I dyed yesterday and set some more off in Logwood Purple. i will post pics asap.
